Jaclyn's Story

 

I've always had a great interest in anatomy and movement. Throughout my life, being healthy and taking regular exercise has been significant. I began to learn Pilates in the 1990's. It's now no suprise to my friends that I find so much delight in teaching this method to people.

 

From my early experience: "after a full days work the last thing you want to be doing is exercising! However, after a Pilates session I always felt so much better. I sleep well, I'm more relaxed, I move better, and my posture has so radically improved."

 

"As an exercise Pilates ticks all the boxes. Each individual works within their own boundaries. Mastering the basic principles of Pilates brings effective and speedy improvements to posture and well being."

Please note: whilst venues are open to everyone, newcomers cannot attend a class unannounced. It is essential to undergo an induction session before joining one of the classes to go through the basic principles in the comfort and privacy of a one to one session.
